Shipping Policy

Where we ship:
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is on the roadmap. Join our mailing list to be notified when it opens.

How we ship:
Every print is rolled in tissue paper, sealed, and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. Prints are trimmed flush to size and packed to arrive in the same condition they left us.

Delivery times:
Orders are printed and dispatched within 3–4 working days of purchase. Once the courier picks it up, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location. You can expect your order within 5–7 working days of placing it.

Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been collected by the courier. Use it to follow your print to your door.

Shipping cost:
Shipping is included in the price of every print.

Public holidays:
Working day estimates exclude South African public holidays. Orders placed around long weekends may take slightly longer.
